An example of a Cape Coral community that offers higher end condos with boating and golf is Cape Harbour. For a 55 and older condominium you may 
look at units in River Towers.
Because the city offers over 400 miles of canels there are good selections of single family homes and lots on the water which makes Cape Coral Real Estate a unique place.
There are a limited number of condominiums built but more are in the planning stages and as they become available they will be posted on this site.
If you have never owned a Cape Coral condo or any property in Florida then you should know that the buildings are organized as an association. This means that the management or board of the buildings will oversee all the maintance and car of the building. There are monthly or annual fees associated with owning a condo and rules and regulations which are part of your condo owners documents that you will receive. You will receive them prior to the contract being effective so that you can review them in the event there is something in them that you can not live with.
