Cape Grande Collection consists of three developments:

La Brise - a mixed use development featuring shops and docks, restaurant, residential condominiums and a rooftop amenity center.  The fourth floor area will include a pool and spa, fitness center, and a residents' club room.  Construction to begin in 2010.

Cape Tuscany - 60 carriage homes (gated) with 2 floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 1,665 sq. ft.  Construction expected to begin in 2009.

Bella Tuscany - gated carriage homes of 306 units ranging from 1,300 to 1,800 sq. ft.  Each home will have a garage and a lake or pool view.  Construction to begin in 2009.

Prices for all 3 communites to range from the low $200's to more than $1 million for riverfront penthouses in La Brise.
