Immokalee real estate is becoming more desirable everyday due to the rapid growth that is ongoing in the vicinity. This once rural enclave is conveniently located just east of Naples, and offers many entertainment options such as the already booming Seminole Casino, a fun destination for video gaming, bingo and poker and well-known Seminole-themed restaurant.  There is also Lake Trafford a 1,500-acre freshwater lake, renowned for fishing, and viewing wildlife. The Airboats tours departing from Lake Trafford Marina give children and adults alike the thrill of seeing Florida’s famous Gators in action. 

    The biggest growth facto in Immokalee homes is certainly the construction of the community of  Ave Maria, a designed community and University currently under development.  It will have a new Catholic university, Ave Maria University, at its root.  Ave Maria will offer a variety of communities in a range of prices and styles to appeal to all types of buyers. Pulte Homes will be the primary builder of the new homes, condos, and villas.  In addition to the changes in Immokalee Communities, there will also be growth in the commercial and entertainment worlds for residents and visitors. SW Florida is considered one of the Golf Capitals of the country and this passion is sure to find its way to the up and coming Immokalee area. There are a few Imokalee golf courses  but dozens within a short drive of the town. Additionally the Ave Maria Town Center will include stores, offices, and businesses with condos above. School, parks, health and public safety facilities and more are planned for the Immokalee area in the next few years.
